What we can help you work through

We provide virtual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship concerns, and major life changes. Whatever brings you to therapy, we’ll work with you to understand what’s going on and find a way forward that fits your needs.

You can begin wherever you are

It can be the dread that arrives on Sunday night. The way pain changes the shape of a plan. The grief that appears in a grocery-store aisle. The argument that stays with you long after it ends.

You do not need to have the right label before reaching out. We can begin with the moments you are noticing and what you want more room for in your life.

Concerns we work with

These are some of the concerns we commonly support through individual therapy. You don’t need to know exactly what fits or how to describe what you’re experiencing—we can talk through what’s going on during your consultation.

Questions about starting

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. You can reach out because something feels difficult, different, or harder to manage than it used to. We can talk with you about what you are noticing and what support may look like.

We offer individual sessions, not couples counseling. It can still be a place to talk about a relationship, a breakup, family dynamics, codependency, or how you want to show up with other people.

Yes. We provide online sessions for adults.

We work with adults 18 and older who are looking for individual support. A free consultation is a chance to talk about what you need and see whether the support feels right for you.
