Everything you need to know before you begin

Here you will find practical information about consultations, virtual sessions, insurance, rates, and the policies that help the practice run clearly.

Your path through therapy

Your free consultation

You can book a free 15-minute consultation online or call (561) 770-3173. This is a chance to tell us a little about what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and see whether our practice feels like the right fit.

Your first session

Your first session gives us more time to understand what’s been going on, what you’d like help with, and what you hope to get from therapy. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin.

Moving forward

From there, we’ll work together to identify your goals and determine an approach that fits your needs. Therapy may look different over time, and we’ll continue to check in about what’s working and what you need.

How we work together

Virtual sessions

We offer online individual sessions for adults. You will need a private place to talk, reliable internet, and a device you can use comfortably.

Individual support

We work with adults 18 and older through individual sessions. We do not offer couples counseling, but individual sessions can be a place to talk about a relationship, a breakup, family dynamics, codependency, or how you want to show up with other people.

Approaches we use

EMDR and CBT are among the approaches we may use in individual sessions. Early conversations help us decide what fits your needs.

Areas we support

People come to us with anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, chronic illness and pain, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other concerns listed on the Specialties page.
